For Publishing Service:

Here at Atticus Publishing, we strive to fulfill all publishing service orders within 2-3 months after receiving your manuscript or materials. Within this timeframe, we will do a content evaluation, editorial services (Starting from Advanced Package), cover design, and interior layout, ship your published book to your address, and distribute it to our partnered bookstores like Amazon.

Should there be any partial performance of the services, such as but not limited to the following: Content evaluation, editorial evaluation, editing service, design conceptualization, cover design & interior layout, and you are not satisfied, you’re entitled to a 50% money-back guarantee.

Once you have approved and signed our draft and have completed the publishing process (printed copies, book/s available on Amazon.com), No Refund can be granted.

There may be occasions when a particular book publishing order is delayed due to the following reasons: Shipping problems in sending your materials to our production team or our team sending your book for review, Editors needing more time to review and resolve editorial issues, and printing delays from our printers due to high orders volumes.

In such cases, we will notify you of the delay and give you a new estimated time for the fulfillment of your book publishing.

We will use our best efforts to produce the best version and quality of your book. However, we cannot guarantee sales or specific results from our publishing services. We also cannot guarantee that your book will be accepted by a traditional publishing company, movie producers, or any promotion service.

We may use various promotional channels and methods to promote your book, including email newsletters, social media, and advertising. However, we are not responsible for any delays, technical issues, or performance problems that may arise with these channels or methods.

For Marketing Service:

Here at Atticus Publishing, we strive to fulfill all book promotion orders within 5 business days of receiving them. There may be occasions when a particular book promotion service is bundled in a package and would take at least a month to complete which will be explained to you by our book marketing advisors while recommending the service.

However, there are services like TV and Radio interviews that tend to get rescheduled. In such cases, we will notify you and provide you with the closest available schedule that will match your availability.

 

Should there be any partial performance of the services, such as but not limited to the following: filling out forms and questionnaires, providing analysis, creating drafts for online publicity, or booking a slot for TV and Radio Interviews, and you wish not to continue with the service, given all alternatives have been presented, 50% Refund can be granted. Once the service/s have been fulfilled and a service report has been sent to your registered email, NO Refund can be granted.

We will use our best efforts to promote your book to our network of readers and book lovers. However, we cannot guarantee sales or specific results from our book promotion services. We also cannot guarantee that your book will be accepted for any particular promotion service, as we reserve the right to reject books that do not meet our quality or content standards.
